Cancellation Reasons: Exclude from Reports
Users: Access to this feature is limited to users assigned the PI Labor Corporate Administrator role and Cancellation Reasons - Configure permission.
This feature allows users with assigned permissions to exclude cancellation categories and reasons that are considered confidential from displaying in reports. The cancelled shift will be counted in reports; however, the category or reason name will
display in the report as EXCLUDE FROM REPORTS.
To Exclude a Cancellation Category or Reason from reports:
- In the main navigation bar, click Admin > Cancellation Reasons.
- On the Cancellation Reasons screen locate the category or reason you wish to exclude.
- Click the check box in the Exclude from Reports column.
- Click Save.
Note: When a category is excluded from reports, both the category and its associated reasons are excluded.
