Setting Up Security Questions
Employees who access Facility Scheduler with an application login will need to set up security questions. These questions will be used to confirm your identity when resetting your password.
- If you login to Facility Scheduler using your Windows credentials (3-4 username and password), you will not see an option for Security Questions on the navigation bar.
To set up security questions:
- On the navigation bar, click Help > Security Questions.
- Enter your Email address.
- Choose questions from the drop-down list and enter your answers in the fields provided.
